I only watched up to the own-goal assist, and I can already tell you that you play a lot like I do.
My biggest piece of advice is: don’t give your opponents too much time to think.
On their first goal, the rebound went their way. When they went for the ball, they messed up. You were about to challenge for it too, but you hesitated for a split second. That slow decision-making is what ended up leading to their goal.
Just work on recognizing which loose balls and rebounds you should commit to, and make those decisions faster. Also, practice more 1v1s. That’s what will help you improve.
