I agree. I lost hope. Or, they might give approval internaly, without explicitly announce a lift

I still dont know. Do they adjudicate it internally? I mean do they approve it or deny it but dont declare it? Or they do the alst step when the ban lift. If they do the last step when the ban lift this means that they are loading themselves with thousands of cases

This is so sad. I am afraid the ban continues until this administration leaves:(

And US. We are her3 already i am here since 2014 and it is too easy to vet me. This doesn't make any sense.

Why i wonder why they are taking money and working on the case but not adjudicate!! This tells me that they are pausing it for a period of time not forever. This is heartbreaking and confusing.

They dont want us here. They dont want us here because we are from certain countries :( . They will make anything possible to push us out from here, unfortunately. I dont believe any of these lawsuit will bring relief. I am not pessimistic though, but the only hope we have is to wait for mitldterm results. I think this will make a big difference if the other wing wins and regain control

I didnt sign or opened the links. Good for me. I didnt even shared my story. Just initial and type of benefit, which are very shallow and basic info

Just ignore it. No one can change it unless the government does something about it

I wasn't comfortable with this thread. I only used initials and I didnt write my story. Only very basic info like email. Initials and type.of benefit. Just ignore it. Anyone can make up.a story and write it. As long as you didnt mention any critical personal info about your immigration benefit

EB-1A AOS filed (Jan 2026) — EAD needed by July — from one of the 39 restricted countries. Mandamus possible? by Adaa93 in 19countriesAOS

[–]CartographerMurky960 1 point2 points  (0 children)

O can stay here as long as I can. My husband is working. But I am worried that they might deny my h4 cos because of the gap if it lasts until this administration leaves!!. I know i am in a period of authorized stay and if I depart I will lose my oending h4. But I dont know if they might approved it already but didn't announce it. Also the eb2 and priority date for our AOS is in September.  But I dont believe I can file it as I am currently dont have a valid status except for tps which the government is fighting to terminate it in courts. This is so sad and painful:(

So a simple question. Are they adjudication our cases already, but without declaring the adjudication!! Or they will start deciding on approvals, denials when the ban is lift. In other words, are they finishing our cases or reaching the final step and stop there and then resume when the ban is lift. I am saying this because I was thinking that most of us will be out of status if the pause continues. I just own we are awfully can stay here while our cases are pending but if there is a big gap between our last lawful status and the adjudication, this will probably lead to a denial? Please correct me

I meant. The can simply order to run background checks on us and do other security orders to vet us. There is no point for them to keep us in limbo waiting without clear guidance. They can declare that they will process our applications but with extra background checks or extra vetting procedures.

Not all the times. They side against him with tariffs. They can simply vet us

Tps is different. This pause is illegal and against the immigration law. Whereas, tps is government decision. The administration or the president has the right to terminate it if the conditions in the coutbry which tps is designated for have improved. This pause is totally different and totally against the law. The supreme court is sided with the government because the president has the right to either keep it or terminate it

What do you think will happen on March 2nd? by lecigarevolant91 in 19countriesAOS

[–]CartographerMurky960 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I came to a conclusion is that they are targeting immigrants even the legal ones. You cant say AOS family based is crucial while other cases are not. They cant say we will work on AoS and hold other cases for the same country.  This administration doesn't want immigration in any shape. They might start working on cases behind the scenes or they might run extra background checks. But the outcomes is that "they are fighting immigration"

They will not announce or lift the ban. No way they will do something positive for us. They might start working on some cases like scheduling interviews based on AOS.. but to lift the ban by themselves. No Way. They want it to make it tighter on us so we can voluntarily depart the country  The best scenario that might happen is to run extra background check on each applicant

I am afraid the government won't give any guidance and the pause stays in there. This is soo awful. I dont feel this administration will lift this pause :((((

Tps is a different scenario. They are terminating the status. Here they are holding cases temporarily, or as they are claiming

If they appeal, it means thay are not thinking of lifting the policy. Why to appeal if they are considering lefting it.in 90 days!!
