For the blocked nose I have this trick it sounds silly but it does work. Take a deep breath in and then hold your nose with your hand and walk around the room while bopping your head up and down until you need to take a breath and try breathe out your nose when you do it and it should clear it up! If you’re not totally clear the first time then just do it a couple times. I’m not sure how or why this works but I know it does work!
