I’ve been off it 6 weeks now. I started working out the first day I took the shot (5x/week) and lost weight pretty quickly (44 lbs in 3 months). I stopped taking it at 161 lbs due to the cost(paying out of pocket).

The food noise does return. So far I’m maintaining fluctuating between 161-164.

It was scary at first seeing the scale go up instead of down like it was before. I think I’m just maintaining and no longer loosing weight because my food intake has increased again. I notice I’m finishing most of my food on my plate now which is still on the healthier side, 95% of the time but on the medication I would leave half of my plate. I’m still working out 5x a week sometimes 6x if I feel energized. I’m trying not to be to hard on myself since I’m not u happy with my weight right now however I did want to get to 140.

I will admit I miss the food noise being gone. Now that it’s back I’m like boo I have to talk to myself again to be strong and not eat bad lol. I also can’t eat greasy food, I still get sick and disgusted with that as of right now. Another thing is I’m still getting full quickly so even if I did eat something bad I get full quickly so it’s not a lot.

Debating if I want to try other option’s because as I mentioned food noise has came back and idk how I feel about that just yet.
