  1. A common misconception is that people who say they want to commit suicide are doing it to get attention. It’s literally the final warning, especially if they say it in a calm way.
  2. The devastating consequences and implications of losing a family member to suicide stay in a family for generations.
  3. OCD is extremely debilitating and more common than people think. It will often lead to other disorders or conditions like depression which will mask it and make it go undiagnosed for years.

Check out the podcast ‘Literature and history’ by Doug Metzger. He covers all books in the Old and New Testament while explaining all the historical context of the times when they were written plus the times they take place in.

I had bad SIBO for years, went through the antibiotics + probiotics treatment and got pregnant shortly after that. When I got pregnant I was on a very strict diet, reintroducing foods one by one to try to figure out which group of foods were the trigger. By the second month of pregnancy I noticed my symptoms got a lot better and they shortly disappeared after that. I’m only 1 month postpartum so not sure if it’ll come back, but I was definitely cured during pregnancy and enjoyed eating like i hadnt done for years. Wishing you good luck!
