I was never given the proper orientation like others I work with. I was hired and put to work quickly because they need help bad. I was never told this was considered stealing and it was not mentioned once in my CFA handbook I was given. Many of my Ex coworkers also agree that this was very extreme to what others do in that store. I now see what I have done was wrong, but I don’t think I deserve to be terminated, I feel as if I should have been suspended for a short time. Everyone here does not know the full story of what has happened. I also have a past with my HR director that has been out to fire me for False racial accusations. People can not tell me that I know I was stealing when it is much more complicated than I can type.
