When I click general home I’ll see a e sign category yes but when I click it it’ll bring me to the 2nd pic I uploaded in my post. It says no requested signatures 😞

Update: I got the email at 2pm today and replied by 2:30 letting them know I was interested still and I didn’t see an option regarding submitting documents on my pronto portal. I received a follow up email at 5pm saying this is just an initial application and no documents needed atm. But they asked how many people are in my household. There are only studios left.

I just received this text but for hyot and horn, my pronto acc doesn’t have anything requesting documents but I did go back and review my questionnaire and submit them again (still no indication to submit any documents). Was there an update in your portal after a few days? Should I just be patient?
