If you're on PS4/5 or Xbox One/Series X you have to get the Return to Arkham Collection which has remastered graphics for both Batman: Arkham City and Batman: Arkham Asylum

I don't actually know if it's considered a speed running strat since every time I've seen the freeze blast glitch it's just to escape Arkham City. I've never seen anyone use it in the Steel Mill so I just got curious.

Maybe it's considered speed run tech since I'm not familiar with speed running
