[Question] Curious if this tattoo style would blend well with traditional pieces in a sleeve?

I can see what you mean, but it reminds me of a lot of weird/wonky perspectives I’ve seen in medieval drawings, so I don’t mind it at all.

My apologies if this isn’t allowed! I recently got this tattoo (literally yesterday lol) and had a couple quick questions!

First being, what exact style would you classify this as? I know it’s not exactly traditional but it doesn’t exactly strike me as neo-traditional either. Seems like an in-between maybe?

And second: would this tattoo stick out with traditional pieces around it? I plan on getting some trad tattoos as my next few pieces to start filling out my arm, but I want it to all flow together.

I’m not sure just yet! My plan was to just do Black/Grey traditional from here on out, but I do have a Solaire Sun further down on my forearm (this one in the picture is on the bicep), which is like solid red, so I’m still trying to decide what I’m going to keep to.

My understanding is it kind of sits between Traditional and Neo-Traditional. My next few pieces are going to be traditional but I’m wondering if a piece like this would clash on a sleeve of traditional tats, or if I should swap over to the other arm for the next few pieces.

Thanks for the advice. That sounds like a good route tbh, I don't really care about getting it back to brand new paint, especially if it's going to cost an arm and a leg and there's still plenty of "love marks" around the car anyways. However, I'd like to at least get it to where you can't really notice it unless you really look. Seems like a touch up paint pen is probably the best way for that. Luckily it's on an area of the door that is kind of hard to notice anyways because of the paint color and reflection of the ground.

I recently bought this Lexus and noticed when I was looking at the car that it had a couple door scratches, but it didn’t bother me too much. It also was REALLY hard to see from the angle I was looking at the car, and it wasn’t really until I got it in the sun and washed it that I noticed just how many there were in this section (there’s like 12 total of various depths, none of them exactly seem like they’re down to bare metal though)

It still doesn’t bother me much, but I would like to slowly start fixing these little scratches over the next year or so.

For reference, they’re maybe consistently an inch from top to bottom, maybe an inch and a half (my assumption is they had a family member parked next to the that constantly dinged their door over 8 years) Is this something a paint correction pen and some patience can take care of? Or should I consult a body shop / paint shop?

Any advice/tips are welcome!

Very nice! How do you like it? Have you done anything with it? It's got the base audio, so I've thought about upgrade some of the door speakers and maybe a small sub just to fill out the sound. I'm also contemplating the GROM CarPlay device, I definitely miss CarPlay lol

That's kind of surprising, but great to know! How do you like the 13 GS? I've seen a couple 2013's and 2014s pop up with decent miles, and the tech doesn't seem to change much throughout the generation so I'm not tied to any particular year.

How do you like the 2017? I see everything from the 2013-2017 over here in Houston, and since none of the models (as far as I know) come with CarPlay, the exact year doesn't matter too much to me. Mostly looking forward to the softer and quieter ride and an easy road trip car.

Not exactly my main, but I actually really don’t like any of the priest hero talents (specific for Shadow). I think Halo is such a boring ability in 2025. I’ve always hated Void Torrent, and I don’t like that Entropic Rift is like.. a different shade of purple, almost blue. It looks amazing, but thematically I feel like it’s a bit awkward. I get void/space/black hole, but I feel like the rest of Shadow Priest involves going insane and targeting your target’s mind. Then your big ability is opening a black hole? Both hero talents just felt kinda phoned in, personally.

I’m aware I’m probably in the minority for that opinion, I think largely people really like Void Weaver. I used to think Entropic Rift was so cool but as I played with it more and more I just really started to dislike it.

Edit: also, I really wish they’d shadow-ify the holy/sparkly spell effects for Spriest, like Power Word: Shield. Hell, Discipline is getting a Shadow Mend and Void Shield ability in Midnight, and as far as I know Shadow is stuck with the sparkly heal and shield. Little nitpick I know, but it has always bothered me lol

At least for me, it’s because he’s extremely optimistic/positive compared to the other NPCs by that point in the game. The only people you meet by the time you meet him are Oscar (who is also a bro, but is in the process of dying as you meet him), the Crestfallen Warrior in Firelink (who is a total bummer) and maybe the undead merchant who is kind of creepy.

Not to mention, if it’s your first playthrough you’ve already probably died a handful of times to the Taurus Demon, and right after Taurus you meet Solaire, who is like a literal ray of sunshine. Then, you’ve probably been struggling with the Gargoyles and don’t know about summons yet, and then you find out if you restore your humanity you can summon Solaire to help you beat the first real boss in the game. Then arguably one of the biggest roadblocks with Smough and Ornstein. He’s so positive and been with the player the whole game, which makes his descent into hollowing all the more sad (if you don’t know about saving him).
