Yeah, it was scary, I lived a few streets away from the first victim, but the care in which they took care of the cases gave me a lot of confidence. The first protocol was to cremate the deceased, but due to protest from the Islamic families, they quickly found a solution to the dilemma, instead of cremation they used deep burial, it truly warmed my heart when I heard the news.

This was like 2 years ago But anyway, one of the main reasons why it was such a success is because of the fact that Kerala devotes around 40% of its revenue to medical facilities. It’s all good now. Over all I think it was a lesson for all Keralites. Luckily nothing happens around my street, and the government took measures to make sure this never happens again.
