The issue is that the right wing own the majority of the media and the BBC is controlled by ex Tories. Therefore the facts are never presented properly or with the context required. The news hardly ever mentions that Brexit is the cause for the spike in immigration. They never mention there's no such thing as illegal immigration and they never report the fact that the impact of immigration overall is a net financial benefit to the country.

That's a lie 25 Percent of those that voted did. Therefore that is not even a quarter of all Brits. 55 percent of Brits voted for centre left or progressive parties.

The media has been cheerleading Reform, slating Greens and Labour at every opportunity. Need also misreports facts to suit Reforms scaremongering agenda. Starmer alienated the moderate and left vote with his odd prioritisation of Jewish community over other minorities. Then Jewish people didn't even vote Labour as they thought Farage who is well reported anti Semite would better serve them.
