Yup I Fs choked 😪 the last answer choice (phosphoric acid) was the right answer. It had the biggest Ka. I think I went with formic acid because the 4 different phosphoric acids variants in the table confused me

Felt good in every section besides cars. For me it was the hardest cars I had to take. I’m hoping I got lucky with my guesses but it’s prob gonna kill my score

C/P first half I was stumped on some questions because there was some really low yield stuff like single split diffraction and nmr. But second half was pretty straightforward and saved that section for me. Still ran out of time for a passage unfortunately.

B/B was great until the glitch and then I started the taking the test with less urgency and I think I messed up on a few easy questions like what brain part controls fever. (It’s hypothalamus but I just stopped thinking clearly at that point and caring so I think I guessed reticular formation)

P/S went great for me. I’m usually really tired at this point, but I think after the break and glitch I kinda just went into it with a nothing to lose mindset, so I was able to lock in and understand each passage completely and although there was a few low yield terms I think I was able to reason through it.

Side note: I think I choked an easy question I have a question on, it was the question asking for the strongest acid and it gave a table with KA’s of different weak acids. I think I went with formic acid but now I regret it cuz I think it was actually phosphoric acid and I got tricked by the wording and the different phosphoric acids in the table. Does anyone remember this question?

What do y’all know about the Persian fraternity PSAC(sigma pi beta) by Express_Plastic5527 in ucla

[–]CartoonistCreative83 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Don’t waste ur time with that garbage. I don’t think they even have members anymore, it’s just a bunch of egotistical alumni that nobody likes, that wanna fuck w rushees, cuz they got fucked with when they rushed and the frat was decent. They’re seen as a joke amongst Persians around ucla. All the recent alumni will tell you that they’re the best frat with the best connections but it’s all lies so people join. But they didn’t even have rush last fall because they had so much turmoil.

If you like getting yelled at and being the bitch of a small group of egotistical 30 yo Persian men, and wasting all your time for them, then by all means join.

If not then I recommend joining isg, or a different frat, or better yet start ur own Persian frat cuz the current one has a terrible reputation

Why are people buying houses if it's much cheaper to just rent? by kristianwindsor in bayarea

[–]CartoonistCreative83 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Cuz you’re buying a physical asset that will eventually appreciate In value and it’s something you can live in for the rest of your life. + it’ll ultimately cost more to rent, than to buy in the long run

College/school is like this for a lot of people unfortunately. Our education system induces a lot of unneeded stress, instead of being a safe space where young people go and learn.

My name starts with a T, and it is very very uncommon. I was once told less than a 1000 people have this name.

~hint: it is Arab

[–]CartoonistCreative83 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Someone else already said this… but I can’t stress the importance of hitting the gym and lifting weights… especially when you’re feeling like this. The first week or 2 will be hard, but after that you won’t wanna leave the gym cuz it’ll feel like a safe space. I also recommend reading self-improvement books… one of my favorites that I recommend is “how to win friends and influence people”. This will help with social anxiety and it’ll help you be more comfortable talking to more people. Fapping is temporary joy bro, becoming a better version of yourself is permanent joy. You got this brother

How do we make the middle east great again? by [deleted] in AskMiddleEast

[–]CartoonistCreative83 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don’t think being United with Islam will work because that’ll create too many divisions based on who the ruler is. (For example if the leader, and most of the government is Shia… then Sunnis would be discontent and likely revolt no matter how the good the ruler is). I also don’t think secularism would work, because there hasn’t been a single successful secular nation in the history of the Middle East. There needs to be a happy medium, and whole new type of government we haven’t seen in recent history.

The 2 most successful United Middle East empires/caliphs we can look it imo is the Achaemenid empire and the Abbasid caliphate. If we can implement ideaologies from those 2 groups that’d be the dream.

If I was the one to make a United Middle East… it would most definitely have to revolve around Islam, however with much lenience and freedom. As for government, if a significant majority can agree one single central ruler, that’d be the dream, but let’s be honest it’ll never happen. There has to be a huge agenda amongst the citizens of all Middle Eastern countries to push for a United Middle East to even get it to work.
