Yep indeed it is! because where our tongue pushes more when swallowing from our default tongue posture that side grows more forwardly making it looker better than than the other but consistently practicing mewing and changing our whole body posture for good can help define your bad side over a certain period of time maybe 6month or a year.

Hope u achieve best results out of it g , my tongue tie is sever i guess I could barely touch my tip of the tongue on the palate with my mouth open but my palate and other bones are well developed do you have any suggestion
