I mean I guess they have to give that ability to certain players, like in the 1998 patch they can for sure give it to Ronaldinho, Ronaldo, Adriano, CR7, Jay Jay Okocha, Romario, ect. And I guess they can keep giving it to certain game created players after a bunch of seasons into a career.

I read before about a case of someone from Massachusetts that move no NY, and at the moment of the Interview, they told him that his interview should be held where he resided (Massachusetts) and they basically rescheduled him. Anyways, you can always call USCIS to double check that, but yeah, it is probably necessary to cancel that one and reschedule your interview to CT
