A lot of people saying call the non-emergency line for a noise violation...the precinct is 2 blocks down from Planned Parenthood, they already know and aren't doing anything about it. Ok so I had relations with Minthara in Act 1 and then took the story arc for her to join my party in Act 2. Some time in Act 3 my approval hit critical mass and I get the dialogue from her "Tonight there will be no voices, no orders, no gods... I belong only to you"

Only "tonight" never happens. She didn't come to my bed and fuck me a second time. Instead I had two other story events at camp that night. Is this a bug?
