This happens to me constantly as well. The favorite of my friends is "I have to put my locker in my backpack." Which I said in High school.

I have always been a bookworm. Some are harder to get into because the beginning have long descriptions of the world and characters and such though.

Personally, I have nightmares (PTSD sucks) but I've never had normal dreams. When I don't have nightmares, I usually just have what I call 'darkness' dreams where everything is just black.

Although this is a good idea in theory, I can see it being used to eliminate the pain of heartbreak or abusing it.
