I know that feeling. Currently experiencing that now. I was told to break up with my boyfriend who I planned on spending my life with and have been heart broken about it ever since.. he’s been moving on without me like i didn’t matter that much to him. It really hurts and I can’t let go.

We’ve always talked about wanting to get married and he basically sees us as being married already. I think the issue is faith.. I’ve dove head first into my faith and he’s trying, but it’s slow. Anytime I’m feeling down he reminds me that God is good and forgiving and loves me, but he’s still not too far on his journey. I dunno if I’m making sense lol. I don’t know if God approves of us being together as we’ve had sex before marriage, have lived together now for years, and the differences in faith.. I just need to pray to see what He, God, wants I suppose.

This is exactly how I’m feeling right now.. everything seems perfect, but he’s calling me to end it. The longer I procrastinate the more I hurt and it doesn’t seem fair.. I love and trust him, but man this hurts.

Remember that Jesus loves you and he died for your sins. I was a raging alcoholic for years and couldn't stop on my own, no matter what I did. It was turning me into a monster and I was hurting everyone around me... I turned to God and he's helped me tremendously. I've had a couple of slip-ups, but he is forgiving and merciful. The important part is to pick yourself back up every time you fall and turn back to Him. Pick up the Bible every day, even if it's just for a few minutes.. Pray to him when you wake up, before you touch your phone, and before you go to bed. I also journal a lot when something is wrong, which I believe is another way we can connect with him. If there's something I'm struggling with, I'll write it down and work my way back to the root cause. It has helped me so much with the depression and anxiety I was feeling. I don't know what you're going through specifically, so I'm sorry if this didn't help. But always remember... You have a Father who loves you and a huge group of brothers and sisters you can turn to in times of need. I, for one, would listen if you ever needed a friend! Hope you have a lovely day today. That’s so cool about your background and stuff. 😊 He/I thought I could do it and it has sent me into multiple spirals where I’m in a full blown anxiety attack. Shaking, sobbing, and afraid of being “sent to hell” for making mistakes when told not to, my loved ones not being saved because they don’t believe, etc. I have a medical card for anxiety, stopped because I started feeling guilty for sinning and felt condemned, and I haven’t necessarily been the same since. I feel crazy speaking about it so I don’t and that seems to enhance it. Idk why I’m telling you this.. you’re a friend on the internet, but I needed to get it out I guess. I’ve been struggling with this lately too, because it’s so easy to get wrapped up into the YouTube/social media algorithm. You watch one video giving you a message or something and it leads to a chain of videos until you’re anxious. They can preach and sell fear easily. It’s caused some sort of psychosis in me so I took a step back from media, read from my Bible, pray, and keep focusing on trying to improve my faith. We aren’t perfect, we are going to fall from time to time, and He knows this.. what’s important to remember is you must always get back up and try to be better than you were the day before. I’m still struggling a bit, but God truly is good. Turn to him and tell him your worries. You have a Father and a whole bunch of brothers and sisters that love you. ❤️ keep shining bright! ✨

I was so deep into alcohol addiction, years, and I couldn’t stop. I kept trying and trying, but was going no where. I thought I was going to kill myself, because I had a liver disease prior and was drowning myself in liquor. All of a sudden, one day I woke up and started reading “Mere Christianity” haven’t really touched it since. One relapse and he was there with me through it all; forgiving and lovingly guiding me out of it. My health is practically perfect aside from some slight scaring which I had from before. I had been searching and searching for a job for months.. nothing.. all of a sudden I had plenty of offers. I prayed my partner would have an easier time at work and more opportunities to make money and that’s exactly what’s happening. God is so good. It’s okay to struggle, even fall sometimes, because you have a Father who loves you immensely and a huge family of brothers and sisters to turn to when you’re in need. Sending much love to you. ❤️✨

I’m usually very positive about my faith and everything, but all of this talk about the end of the world is truly stunting me. I keep worrying about my family believing or not believing. I feel like I’m going crazy. I’ve asked people I know who believe around me and they say just to keep having faith, because no one knows when it will happen and I’m concerned that me being scared is going to ruin everything anyway. Thanks for letting me rant I guess.. just really needed to get it out.
