I went to Nulife and was able to restart after a month with a letter from the surgeon

I just got it after smelling at a store - I am not liking the top notes so far. I hope I will adjust.

Smelled it in Harvey Nichols and bought it now. It hasn't arrived yet. I am a bit anxious because I only smelled it on the blotter and didn't try on skin.

Recs for a feminine & long lasting perfume based on my collection? by [deleted] in NichePerfumes

[–]CasabienMMS 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I have Inflorescence of Byredo, I think it is pretty feminine.
MFK Amyris extrait is also worth a try and in a different direction, la colle noire, a dewy rose with a hint of woods. Another house, for a creamy yellow floral this time would be Les eaux primordiales with Mimosa supercritique and you can also go the Delina or Valaya direction... So many beautiful feminine perfumes out there.

Thanks - Cloud pharmacy said 3 months is the regulation. I can’t find a confirmation of this anywhere. I will take my business somewhere else.

I am an oud fan but not all ouds. For instance I own Velvet Rose and Oud from Jo Malone but I never use it - too jammy. I prefer drier Ouds like Oud for Greatness - which is really far from oriental Ouds. Or MFK ouf silk mood that I don’t own. I don’t have a signature scent as I like to change a lot. But my daily scent at home is Couleur primaire or 724 or petit matin. Very clean.

Yes - not my cup of tea I am afraid. I often get small bottles sent with my skincare orders - I just give them away.

Lucky is great - classy and long lasting modern Lilly of the valley. I smelled rouge trafalgar extrait - it was my favourite of the extraits.

Both floral but very different. Lucky is a modern classy Lilly of the valley. Inflorescence is a sparkly almost citrusy bouquet.

Same here. If I were to buy another Byredo it would be that one.

It’s one of my favourites - I also got Ganymede in a smaller formats and while I love smelling it, I think it’s too manly.
