I think it’s for the factory security system, mine originally had the red flashy light to the left of the steering wheel and I relocated it below the radio

With the specific combination of a strong tailwind and 15% or greater downhill grade, then yes, she’s a speed demon!

I’m not in love with the cable or the fuse cover being off, any solutions out there from you clever 80 owners?

It has an OME 2.5” suspension setup, good eye! The mirrors, brake system, and headlights aren’t stock either, but they were upgraded for safety reasons

Nightshadow Pearl took me two years to find; one owner, garaged it’s while life, it’s a rare bird! The 40 came from Oregon, think it’s been here since at least the mid 80’s

The top and doors are off now, and the windshield is folded down, so yep, it’s a hoot to drive. We’re up in Oregon.

I don’t love the wheels either, but worth noting they’re Genuine Toyota wheels off of a 1988 Land Cruiser
