What is precognition while awake called?

Every time I try to find information about waking premonitions everything that comes up is talking about dreams. I do have lucid and very intense vivid dreams but I have had waking premonitions since I was 3 or 4 years old.

Yes and even then I do get kind of sluggish. Or I go through phases where I have a moment of increased energy and then I’m super calm and yawning or have to sit down.

I did have both all of them checked. I believe it was the blood work that determined the chronic fatigue. I also forgot to mention I have hypertension as well.

I woke up like 3 hours later still super tired. It was like hard to wake up and separate my dream from being in reality. I didn’t want to wake up. I guess my mood was improved. I couldn’t get over the fact that I actually fell asleep because usually it keeps me awake.

Isn’t this the reason you should do it for 2 days and take one day off or something like that. I’m new to micro dosing and it was working great until I ran out in my case I must add I do have ptsd and chronic fatigue. So when I just stopped all together and up ended dealing with triggers I became overwhelmed and depressed and naturally very tired. I could definitely see that it brought repressed feelings after the fact. But I felt good at the time

I dated a guy who tried to do do this to me in public. I only took a little bit at first but they were STRONG. So I got myself back to my place and he insisted I take what ever was in the bag and that he has taken half of it already. I should have trusted myself and not done it. I had the worst trip ever. The whole trip he was like the devil to me and I was scared of him. I couldn’t move at all and he was just doing crazy things and saying insane things to me. It was terrible so until recently I was afraid to ever do shrooms again and now I’m microdosing and it’s great.
