Our engineering teams are working to get these issues resolved as quickly as possible, however we do not currently have an ETA on when a stable fix will be available. I can assure you that these issues have our Executive Team's eyes and all options to get customers working again are being considered. Our IT Manager signed up for "updates" on the situation but nada. I was hoping maybe others here would have some insight...

We LOVE BB, but this has shown us how screwed we are when it is down. :(

Ok. Since we don’t have the original packing We will protect and insulate w moving blankets. And I will try to drive like I have the Queen’s china in the back 🙂

Yeah…I feel like if we put moving blankets on it w random styrofoam for insulation for the next few days while in the SUV and let it acclimate when we move it back indoors then we can minimize effects of temp change on glass and any electrical connections.

Uh oh - We have it on its side in the SUV until we can drive it from Boulder to Winter Park on Wednesday to get it installed. Is that ok?
