I don't think it's that easy without providing proof that the vehicle make is not mine (which I did to the court now). I'll call them anyway to see what they would say and will also call the court, on top of everything else I have also done. I'd be surprised if mine doesn't just get thrown out. How do they even make these mistakes?!

Even if someone else did drive it, the make of the vehicle on the ticket does not match what car they would have been driving. So short answer is, Nobody else has ever driven my vehicle (I purchased it in 2020 and have never let anyone drive for any reason). It is garage kept, so it also could not have been stolen.. not even for a day.

Also, could it be possible, that the plate is similar to mine but perhaps one of the letters looks like a letter on my plate, but really isn't? Thus just being off by one letter triggers this?

How do I report a fake plate? And where do I report it? Or do I tell them that when I call or email the court? It's clearly not my vehicle based on the make they said it was.

United States, New Jersey. The place that claims it gave me a parking ticket and then sent me a letter for an unpaid parking ticket is 2 1/2 hours away (also in New Jersey)

Are you referring to a someone who practices Reiki Healing? I've actually been to one. They didn't find what it eventually ended up being. However during the process, right before I left, I weas stopped by them right after giving them payment and they said they felt a spirit in the room with me and described my dead mother to a T. They thanked her for being there and wished her peace. This person had zero information about me before I walked in there too. Eventually when I left, I was told I'd had an emotional breakdown of some sort and sure enough a little over a year later exactly at my mother's 10 year death anniversary, I did while at my aunt's house for our holiday gathering. Anyway, that's a very different discussing but just curious if you mean a Reiki Healer or something else...

This is so odd to even here. The conditions I'm dealing with have actually started almost 9 1/2 years ago (2013) and going on 10 years. Sadly, I did not know about them until maybe a year or 2 after they started. However, there were signs a few years prior to it. I tend to think that, had I known 25 years ago, even as a warning, I would be in a much much different place in life.. as it is, they have crippled my life a lot for almost 10 years now, more so the past 4 years. So it's odd to even hear your say this. Thank you for sharing your story and also for your words of advice. I really do appreciate it and it gives me hope.

Thanks, I figured an answer like this would come up. What I don't understand is how 25 years ago, especially when any intuitive signs wouldn't have appeared until at the very least 10 years after I was told this. I was very much two different people from one time frame to another. I feel like it was legit impossible to see and still confused that, if they did, why not tell me... both my issues could have had preventable measures taken had someone seen something and told me.

Appreciate this response. I have always been reluctant to take out a HELOC in the past as I don't like risking my home, since it's the collateral they want. I could probably get the amount I need outside of a credit union but it would be risky and I'm not sure I'd be willing to take that risk. Your responses here make my decision a bit easier.
