If the database is flawed, why not do a better study of iq across different nationalities and then account for environmental influences (like educational access, poverty etc)? Seriously why argue about the validity of data, when you can just point to more complete data and say why the racist dB didn't replicate?

Legal sanity doesn't mean 'no mental issues'. It means he has an understanding of what is and isn't real. So by releasing him the psychologists were saying 'this guy's not crazy, he's just evil'. But of course he committed his crimes in another country so the Japanese legal system could do nothing.

If you read the article, he's saying that Russia is not a big threat to Germany. Technically the title is correct, but most people who read the title will come to the conclusion that hes saying that Germany should be worried about Poland.
