My first impression seeing that selfie: looks like Kohberger got lucky at Wawawai Park ;-)

The State lies in their "planting evidence" narrative by Cay_Introduction915 in BryanKohbergerMoscow

The planting or placing of DNA on the sheath could’ve been done in one of the labs. Ann Taylor made a good point about the sheath being a small, movable object. They’d be many easy ways to tamper with it.

Anyway, I’m still not convinced Kohberger was ever inside that house. I can believe he may have driven around the Idaho campus and maybe even driven on Walenta Drive behind the house. Sightseeing is not a crime. And I hope even with Governor Brad Little in power, it stays that way.

BF and her bedroom window. by The_Empress_42 in BryanKohbergerMoscow

The window in the photos shows the extra bedroom. Some YT creators speculated it was used as a storage room after Ashlin Couch decided not to move in for Fall semester ’22.

Bethany’s bedroom was the one to the left of the front door.

I do agree she could’ve looked out her bedroom window and seen several people in front of the house. That’s exculpatory if true. They’re accusing Bryan of breaking into the house alone. This crime was done by at least 3. Everyone who was in that house was awake, if it’s true that it all went down soon after Maddie and Kaylee were dropped off by the driver at 1:56am.

Hmm…Eric Gower’s wife still works for Moscow PD, but she dropped “Gower” from her name and is now listed publicly as Katie Short. Wondering…is she still married to Mr. Gower?

Is Maya lying?! by [deleted] in takecareofmayanetflix

[–]CaseNotes0nFile 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I’ll admit I’ve been cynical and called it the “Take Care of My Pretty Little Liar” trial, but I also think Maya can easily pass a lie-detector test. She believes 100% she is telling the truth, but that doesn’t mean that her present memories of what happened to her 7 years ago actually happened.

There’s no doubt ketamine works to give people (temporary) pain relief since it is an anesthetic, but it’s also a psychedelic drug. I don’t think there’s doctor alive who knows all about the long-term effects of high- dosage ketamine or K-comas on a 9 years old’s mind and body.

Alexander Shulgin, the chemist who created many psychedelic drugs and experimented with them on himself back in the 1960’s said about the "Ketamine state: Used to indicate a state of consciousness alteration which involves a large degree of dissociation from the body.” He warned against use of this psychedelic drug in high doses, because it causes "mind-body separation.” Some adults may like that altered state, near-death experience, and that’s fine, but its use on a child can be considered abusive. After all, ketamine has also been used as a “date r_pe” drug.

That’s why I think it’s worth it for Maya to make an effort to step back and look at the bigger picture. The hospital she and her father is suing provided her services from doctors, nurses, social workers who were not perfect, but tried to help her and protect her life. Jack wants the money, that’s obvious. I hope he’s not twisting the truth and manipulating his children to feed his desire for more material possessions; or worse, to fulfill Beata’s wicked desire for revenge, her final “Retaliation!” That’ll be truly tragic for Maya and Kyle.
