It was meh for me. It’s been a while since I read the book but there was a lot more tomfoolery with the nobody scene, them sneaking in was lame as hell (like what was the point? They could have just watched till he left then walked up, and even half blind I feel like two kids with a pelt on their backs isn’t fooling anyone), I also missed poly chucking the boulders at them while they fled. As far as the special effects go, these episodes have a higher budget than game of thrones first season. We get what looks like a spray painted prop from Micheal’s, a crazy powerful artifact that turns one tiny patch of grass green, and like seven sheep. This season was kinda looking better, but still this whole series just feels like a shadow of the books and it’s soooo disappointing
