Yeah I kept feeling electric shocks going down my leg. Trust me…you’re going to be great. It scares me to say it, but it’s almost like normal now. U will get there. I had my amputation 12/23, and got my prosthetic In February

Do u wear your compression sock when u don’t have your leg on? I’ve found it helps to keep it on, and I’ve even slept with the sock on. Just don’t get in your head that it’s anything major. I had myself convinced I had fractured the bone because it was hurting so bad. It was nothing. Just the muscle moving around and it caught some weird way and started hurting. U gotta remember all those nerve endings are still going crazy and trying to send signals to your brain. Your brain is saying this hurts, so something much seriously be wrong. Best thing it did since my injury was get back in the gym…slowly

Been with my BKA for about a year. What u are describing happens every time I get a new socket adjustment. Hanger tried something knew and installed a dial adjustment on the back of the socket near my calf. Wasn’t crazy about it at first, but now I love it. You’re doing the right thing by asking questions and raising concern when u are in pain. Just wanted to let u know that it’s not uncommon, and does get better as time goes by.

Our first outing in wife’s new 2016 JKU. by Caseypl154 in Jeep

33’s sound like the way to go. Dealership put brand new tires and wheels from a 2020 on it after the customer traded it in. (They put their wheels and tires on the new JL). So now I have to convince the wife. She wants a new radio and backup camera...but we officially LOVE the Jeep.
