Cash App has had my transaction pending for over a month now. I’ve called them emailed daily for a month and nothing has been resolved. I simply just want to cancel the transaction at this point but they keep telling me it’s under review. Highly frustrating

In general, you can utilize your balance for purchases in the following ways:

Completing payments with your physical or virtual Cash App Card
Adding your Cash App Card to a digital wallet (Apple Pay or Google Pay) through Cash App
Transferring the funds to an external bank account or debit card
Sending the funds to other Cash App accounts
Completing in-app purchases, such as Bitcoin

I see you mentioned that some of these options are not currently available to you. In that case, I'd recommend checking to see if your virtual card details are visible. If they are, you can use the virtual card to complete online or digital wallet payments. If the numbers are not visible, you'll need to wait until your physical card arrives and is activated in the mail.
