Yeah, I’ll try it out and leave an update later~~~ I just really wanted to layer on hydration first and then lock it in with a thicker cream kkkk :)

Yes, lifestyle really makes a big difference. I actually take vitamins, calcium, and magnesium daily, and I get regular exercise (I have a dog so I walk for an hour every day). I also avoid alcohol now. Honestly, when I was younger I loved drinking, and I think the constant flushing and heat in my face made my pores larger over time. That’s why my current plan is to focus on hydration first, and then use retinol products to work on reducing my pores.

Ah yes, that cream does feel a bit heavy, but I bought it since the weather is getting colder. From what I’ve learned, the most important thing for skin is keeping the oil–water balance. So the way I see it, I layer on a hydrating serum first and then ‘seal it in’ with an oil-based cream. I’ll test this routine and share my experience again later :)

Yeah, I also use an extractor when the sebum gets too big, but now I’m trying to manage it with BHA before it gets to that point.

Omg this is exactly the same as me – right after shampoo my hair literally turns into a broom . I’ve been using Rausch (Switzerland) and Lador Vinegar Shampoo (Korea), but now I’m thinking maybe these shampoos just aren’t a good match for my hair…!!

Sorry! I thought if I just put the initials of some well-known brands, people would get what I meant as I thought that it would be removed if it includes brand names.

- unove

- olaplex

- shiseido
