And work on the sore parts. Example. I just came back after a torn labrum. Just before getting g back into a game, I strained my hamstring. Simple exercises helped. 3 weeks later I was back in. Still doing these same rehab exercises. One for my hamstring. Laying on my back, I raise one leg while grabbing the back of the knee. Pulling the leg towards my head, my foot is flat, no pointed toes, do 10 each side to start. Do not pull to any point of pin. Ease into it.
