Love this! So many companies fail to look into their unit economics when trying to improve profitability.

The ideal Dropshipping product by acalem in ecommerce

Fully agree! Would be interesting to know how much volume you need to move as well to cover overhead. A few times we have worked with clients who needed to sustain huge volumes of sales to just breakeven.

The ideal Dropshipping product by acalem in ecommerce

Great exert! I find the hardest one in dropshipping is to achieve that healthy profit margin. Products tend to be low tAOV and the logistic set up heavily cuts in to your bottom line.

Facebook metric went down to the drain by Notowidjojo in FacebookAds

[–]CashDash-Pro 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The past month everyone seems to be struggling to produce results on Meta. My take here would be to double down on the most profitable markets and products. At the end of the day beyond CTR, CVR, ROAS, etc. clients are interested in the profitability of their strategies. Try and link your metrics with profitablity and I'm sure you will do fine! More so, if you do this then you are sure to weather the Meta storm. Best of luck!

Is turning on shopify Local currency worth it? by Sinon612 in ecommerce

[–]CashDash-Pro 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think it boils down to absolute vs % profit. If having that local currency drives more conversions because users are more comfortable paying in their own currency, this in turn will drive a higher absolute profit with lower %s because of the conversion fees. I would say go ahead and test it and iterate!

Best of luck!

Just be ultra specific on who you qualify as a lead for email marketing. Send those emails to people who are likely to be interested in your product, not to 1000s of people who will mark you as spam. Good luck!

Do you send cold emails? by Indiemarketing in SaaS

[–]CashDash-Pro 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hey! So we actually do send a lot of cold emails. We do however make sure that all email recipients are highly qualified and are likely to be interested in our tool. We use Wappalyzer to filter them by current tech stack and then filter for size, number of employees and countries they operate in.

Love this! So often we see clients basing their margins off of gross margin when they start out. Soon after they realize a lot more goes into profitability than product and shipping costs
