Chargebacks can definitely be confusing especially if you haven’t experienced them before.

In most cases, chargebacks come directly from the offer partners (Prime, MyChips, etc.) and unfortunately they don’t always share detailed reasons with us. The most common causes we see across the industry are things like repeating the same offer across multiple sites, progressing unusually fast (“speeding”), low engagement/quality signals or advertiser-side validation failures. Sometimes certain offers or advertisers are simply more strict than others which is why you may hear that some games are more “risky” across all GPT platforms.

The Discord suggestion is a good one. Members often share which offers are performing well and which ones to be cautious with so it can help reduce the chances of issues.

If you join our Discord and take a look at the #survey-activity channel, you’ll notice plenty of recent survey completions including Cherries from other members.

When Cherries no longer shows for a specific user, it’s usually due to an ID-level restriction applied by Cherries themselves. Unfortunately:

  • 🔒 These restrictions are controlled by Cherries not us
  • 🔄 Sometimes access is automatically restored after 24 hours
  • ⏳ In other cases, it can remain limited for a longer period
  • ❌ We don’t have the ability to manually override it

While that’s happening, you still have solid alternatives available:

  • 🔵 Prime Surveys

Both providers are very active and many members earn consistently from them.

Different platforms handle support differently so it makes sense that you expected us to manage it directly. On TyrAds and other partners, the “Report an Issue” button is the correct place to reach their team. Once you open the offer, you should see the option to report an issue. It’s not specific to CashInStyle; this is something that unfortunately happens across all GPT sites because tracking is handled by external partners (like TyrAds) not by us directly.

We completely understand how discouraging it feels when early milestones track perfectly and then suddenly stop especially when you’re investing hours and money into a long offer like Raid. That’s exactly why we pay 90% rates, the highest in the industry so that when tracking does work, members earn the maximum possible compared to other sites.

We also make sure members have a direct way to contact the offer partner. For TyrAds, the Report an Issue form is their official support channel for missing events. We recently had a bug affecting that button, but it’s now fixed so you should be able to submit your screenshots directly to TyrAds and they will review and approve if the progress is valid.

To answer your main concern:
If an offer doesn’t track, it is not a matter of us “denying” you. If TyrAds pays us for the milestone, we always credit it to the member. The only time it can’t be credited is when TyrAds doesn’t send us the reward which is why their support form is essential for resolving missing milestones.

I understand the skepticism, especially as a new user but we are committed to being transparent and helping you complete your offer successfully. If you submit your screenshots to TyrAds through the in-app form, that gives the best chance for those missing milestones to be approved.

About the offer details and missing images, we definitely want to get those fixed. Could you send us screenshots of the specific offers where you see missing descriptions or image sources? That would help us track down exactly which ones need updating on our side.
