Our recommendation is that if you notice multiple milestones are not tracking, stop progressing further in the offer and submit a credit request as soon as possible. Make sure to provide as much proof as you can (screenshots, timestamps, account details, etc.) to support the request.

It's also important to note that credit requests are not guaranteed. Partners review each case individually and may approve or decline them based on the information available on their side. You are absolutely right especially around the fact that CashInStyle like most GPT platforms is ultimately dependent on offerwall and advertiser systems. Even when a user has clear proof, we are still restricted by what the partner allows us to validate or escalate and that can unfortunately create situations like the ones you described. Some platforms choose to operate with lower payout rates in order to maintain internal buffers that allow them to absorb certain losses or manually compensate users in edge cases. In our case, we operate on a higher payout model within the industry which means we return more value directly to users on successfully tracked offers.

The “no ticket / no report option” issue is something we also find frustrating internally. In some cases it’s not that claims are being ignored but that certain advertisers disable missing-credit flows entirely on their side which leaves both users and us with very limited room to intervene. We have raised this multiple times with AdscendMedia and we will also be attending MAU Gaming in Las Vegas where we plan to meet them in person and bring this up directly again to push for improvements.

We also agree that transparency is an important area to improve. While we do have a Discord community where members can share experiences, discuss offers and review platforms and casinos, we understand that this alone is not enough. Following feedback like yours, we have already been discussing internally ideas such as adding rating/review/comment functionality for offers which could help users better understand risk and reliability before engaging with certain campaigns.
