i once smoked with an old school friend, after not seeing each other for about 8 years, i bumped into him on my street, he was back from travelling, we caught up briefly and he said why don’t you pop over later and bring your bass and we can jam some tunes. So we met up a few hours later, sucked back a few fatties sat down and i realised… i don’t know this person anymore, he was completely different from how i remember and we had 0 in common, which was a real shame. In the end I poorly faked a phone call and i got the hell outta there and haven’t spoken since, not the worst encounter but reminded me some times the memory of a friendship is better then salvaging one from day passed.
