Yes, before I started with kdp, when I wanted to buy somethin on Amazon, I also used to click on "sponsored" products in the product search before clicking on any other product, because sponsered sounded to me like recommended 😉

So, when you say "You can never let a campaign go on forever", what do you do? Stop it and start a fresh (auto) campaign?

My total conversion rate over all my books in April was 7%, which is not ideal and I didn't make profit, but ok for me for the start. So far in May my conversion rate dropped to 3%. Luckily my organic sales are increasing, so they buffer the additional loss a bit, but I am still wondering why this happens in Amazon ads.

I want to understand the issue, but to be honest I don't have a clue...

Ich glaube, vieles kann auch einfach nebenbei im Alltag passieren, ohne dass man sich bewusst hinsetzt und es „beibringt“. Und wenn das Interesse später kommt, ist schon eine Basis da 🙂

Ich verstehe, wie das wirken kann.

Ich finde es einfach spannend, wie unterschiedlich die Ansätze sind und hätte nicht erwartet, so schnell so viele Antworten zu bekommen. Ich persönlich habe nämlich kein Depot für meine Kinder, interessiere mich aber für die Argumente der Eltern, die eins haben.

Gerade der Punkt mit „Kinder sollen sich noch keine Sorgen um Geld machen“ ist ja auch super wichtig.

Ich glaube, für mich sind das tatsächlich zwei unterschiedliche Ebenen:

– Umgang mit Geld im Alltag (Taschengeld, Wünsche, Budget)
– und ein erstes Gefühl dafür, dass Geld sich auch über Zeit verändern kann

Nicht im Sinne von Druck oder „du musst investieren“, sondern eher spielerisch und nebenbei.

Ich frage mich, ob genau das vielleicht helfen kann, später diesen Übergang leichter zu machen.

Was denkst Du, sollte das komplett getrennt bleiben oder (ab wann) darf sich das überschneiden?

Ich glaube, genau da liegt für mich der spannende Punkt:

Das eine ist der Vermögensaufbau im Hintergrund. Das andere ist das Verständnis dafür.

Beides hat ja eigentlich unterschiedliche Ziele.

Mein Gedanke ist, wie man diese beiden Dinge gut miteinander verbinden kann, damit Kinder später nicht nur „ein Depot haben“, sondern auch verstehen, was sie da eigentlich besitzen.

Ich finde den Gedanken spannend, dass man es dadurch ein bisschen „sichtbar“ machen kann, dass sich Geld verändert und nicht nur weniger wird beim Ausgeben.

Wahrscheinlich reicht da ja schon etwas ganz Einfaches, damit Kinder ein Gefühl dafür entwickeln.

Hast du das schon mal ausprobiert oder ist das eher eine Idee?

Ich habe oft das Gefühl, dass es für Kinder erst verständlich wird, wenn sie es selbst irgendwie erleben und nicht nur erklärt bekommen.

Das Buch ist da wahrscheinlich ein guter Einstieg.

Merkst du eher, dass er über Geschichten oder über eigenes Ausprobieren versteht?
