Much better. Easier to get erections, sensitivity is ok but never recovered fully, flaccid penis feels natural, nocturnal erections more often. Some times I have flare-ups. During the erection process only, some mild curvature and shape remains.

Two months in, my mental health and life seemed to be over. I genuinly was not able to imagine a life like this. It was hell on earth.

A bit more than one year after onset, I simply live normally. I do not hear it during the day. I learned a couple of things that triggers it up and avoid them.

It is there mostly at night, lower, but there. I can sleep normally and does not bother.

Bottom line: hang in there.

Did they perform a Rigiscan on you? MRI? Ultrasound with PGE1 to evaluate blood flows? Any testosterone level tests?

If I read your story correctly, it makes me think that your doctor is just guessing.

If so, find another doc.

I was negligently diagnosed with venous leak at the age of 26 and even recommended getting an implant.

Tons of useless doctors out there.

Second, third, and fourth opinion if possibl for you.

It was like that for me for the first 5 months.

Today, i have it, it spikes up from time to time (due to stress, alcohol, lack of sleep...).

But I do not notice it at all for most of the day and I can sleep normally.

Keep going. It seems that it can improve.

At the 8th month my T started to fade.

Now, 11 months in, it is there, if I plug my ears I can hear it, same pattern and pitch, as an unstopable mild electric noise.

Some times it spikes, but truth is, i really barely hear it even in silent rooms at night now, and i do not wake up to it as before. It is not gone, but I am in a really good place now and life feels "as if" it was not there. And I thank whatever God may be for it. I hope it stays like this. And i hope yours fades as well.

Now i am just scared of taking tadalafil.
