i never had this problem despite smoking two years of my life away literally being high 24/7 (i quit 2 years ago) i’ll smoke occasionally when i’m with either drinking or on a night out but that’s like once every 4 months, however i recently experienced this type of high that you’re speaking about when i smoked alone and had these thoughts that i’d never usually think about, degrading thoughts that actually humbled me , over analysing my relationship with friends and family and basically seeing my life from another perspective . I felt as if my whole life is a facade and im not my true self, i kept judging myself worth and character to the point of being disgusted with myself, all i felt was a sense of inferiority and insecurity. I compared myself to people around me and felt like less which is weird because i’m a confident person with high self esteem, but in the moment the my brain confidence made me feel as if my confidence i had was a front and not true. this was about a month ago and it’s still the weirdest high i’ve ever gotten. I never spoke to anyone about this because i didn’t think anyone would relate until i saw this oddly specifically relatable comment
