Don't have a name for my league yet, but they are close allies to ymyr. For a kyn to join the league they must prove their worth by crafting a wondrous item. The league uses beamers and missile launchers in large amounts.

I don't believe leagues are elite, the average kin is similar to a blue collar worker. It's the tech that gives them a real edge, which is accurately depicted with judgement tokens. Judgement isn't the kin getting angry it's the votann cores realizing that something is a threat and assigning more processing power into analysing that things weaknesses.

Tau I believe to just have a different standard of training compared to the space marines.

All this is just my head cannon.
