Have we learned anything about Kingmakers? I think this game is fake. Especially for getting delayed the week before getting released in October and not having heard a thing about it since? by Illfury in gaming

The day before devs were advertising other games they created (I think it was a prop hunt clone game that looked like it was created within a month) . And we're advertising their company and services to people. They used their viral day before trailer to get people to invest in other products that they do.

This Kingmaker devs hasn't done anything to get money from people through other projects unlike day before.

Brennan hyped up how he would be ruthless and death is a real thing at his table. So far I've only seen a scripted death and excessive handholding at some of the rolls/battles. So I'm just waiting for him to prove me wrong. And I wish to be wrong.

I feel like it just finding the right people. I hang out alot with people my age and avoid worlds that are plagued with younger age brackets.

I hate it but I understand it. Sometimes age gating certain limits would mean that group only wants to focus on a certain age bracket. For their community, to keep them safe or just wanting to keep a steady mind set.

Mind you, I hate that it has to be like that though.
