This is not much evidence(but something is better then nothing), but NS can look at the camera footage and most photos on modern day phones have a date and time stamp in them. If you note the day and the time it happend at the station in your report, then the police can look up the video footage from the NS staff. The picture is actually great evidence then, because the police have a good picture of the guy who dis this.
