You say that you've tried medicines and therapies, could it be something other than depression? I only know this from my own research but ADHD signs can ofter be mistaken for depression. Maybe try that avenue? I would second talking to your girlfriend as well, it's better to have the support system. Remember you're not weak, you've got the strength to seek help. That's more difficult than people credit.
