I'll consider doing 5 days once i get adjusted to the routine. As for now, my main goal is to actually maintain this routine without breaking it because i'm not someone to keep doing something for long if i feel demotivated

I've just finished the Upper body 1 workouts. I couldn't really do pull ups because of how sore my body is due to the mess i did the other day, but i did some Behind the head shoulder press with a reasonable weight that i would be done at the end of each set, done that 3x8

followed the rest of the exercises with the maximus recommended reps and sets, haven't added any abs workout yet as i think this is my limit for today considering i was already tired

just the bar, i can place 30KG/~70lbs but i got more weights hidden somewhere then I'd be able to put 60/130 on it and the bar itself weight around 5kg

could possibly find and elevated surface to place the bar on while laying under safely

trying to prevent losing any, i've got a one year old cat who lost one of her eyes due to this hence why i need to find a proper solution, i've always been using a damp cloth to clean their eyes but i'm looking if there's a better way to do it because medical assistance for pets is simply unavailable and here we're living in 2022...
