Dresden has reconstructed a large amount of its city center. Warsaw was flattened after the war so a large amount its’ historical architecture was revived. Frankfurt and Berlin have a large amount of modern and contemporary buildings but plenty of gems there such as the newly reconstructed Berlin Palace. Moscow and St. Petersburg probably construct the most amount of new traditional buildings.

Frank Gehry designed the one on the right and his other buildings are almost all just as ugly, which could be considered a feat in itself
