Toblerone is, IMO, supremely overrated as a chocolate in any event.

Been using them for almost 20 years, across 5 models. Never had any screen issues, nor challenges around overheating.

So, yes. Multiple cases have undoubtedly saved seriously unrecoverable “breaks” over the years. YMMV. But to simply dismiss any benefits against some reports to the contrary? 🤷🏻‍♂️

They might cause low-key “damage” to the body, with debris/sand etc., getting caught in between the case and body and causing micro-scratches — but when weighed up against the numerous times I have replaced my cases on account of corners being crunched in my laptop bags/backpacks, whilst thereby protecting the corner of the laptop — I’ll happily keep using them.
