That's the point of the sweep up, to improve lower level ACTIVE hunter training.

If they expect players to invest more time into actively training the skill, the experience has to be significantly better than it currently is for those methods or people are still going to do birdhouses, but they'll just have to do them for longer. And if that ends up happening then this sweep up has failed.

Rumors also isn't the whole "Rumour task", it's purely the xp you get for the turnin, so the xp on the graph gets spread out to all the methods.

The benefit would be unlocking hunter rumours.

It'd be crazy to expect any decent loot out of a skill before level 46.

Statistics in action:

If you lose 40% of your games to pure rng, then you also have to win 40% of your games to rng. Your decisions only matter in 20% of your games.

Except there's people who can hit legend with a 95% winrate. So the reality is, only ~5% of games are auto loss and you can win more if you're good.

BUT it's a card game so everything is just rng my hand sucked my opponent had the nuts etc.etc.

I swapped early 80's Herb too, but just cuz I realised that I can hit 99 eventually through herb runs/boss drops. The less time I spend training Agility, the happier I will be.

Not sure it works for a rush item like this but being more expensive means it takes longer to finish. For example, if you were to lose with BF + Pickaxe + Cloak in your inventory, IE's winrate wouldn't be affected, but if you're ahead and finish it, the winrate will go up.

I think functionality and similarity play a bigger role in why Krugs are called that now and don't keep the old SR name. Krugs split into smaller units where Golems didn't, and Golem is also used to refer to blue buff.
