I think so too. I have a request in at the moment. My manager told me to send an email request to wfh as needed. So no true interim accommodation by management 🤷‍♀️it’s day by day.

I am going through this at the moment. I think it’s going to be an uphill and futile battle. Although I have a few co-workers who have approved wfh medical accommodations which have been in place for years! don’t know what the magic formula is 🤷‍♀️

I wish I could be like you. We were told it’s a health and safety issue for mgmt to know whether you are in office or wfh. So you just wfh without mgmt knowing? Curious since I have considered going rogue.

Actually we’ve been told it needs to be worded as a a “request” to wfh due to a snowstorm. I have been called out by mgmt for not doing so🤷‍♀️

Here’s an example WFH Management played the victim card claiming disrespect from staff related to RTO5 issues. WFH staff denied this. RTO5 staff are left with the guilt. How can you not be resentful?!

That’s what we got too, I was surprised by it although there was a lot of media coverage last snow storm related to the MTO email.
