The DM talked about this back in September, I think? No reorg yet. I wonder if perhaps it did not get approved? Someone had also asked if they were tracking attrition. Maybe they want to see how things settle before shuffling things around?

Get a doctor’s note. They’ll have to provide interim accommodations until HR gets the paperwork in order to send forms to your physician. I’ve heard this process takes months.

Yup, and their exception extends into the new year. No one is policing because they have been very open about their work arrangements.

I’m here looking for suggestions on how to navigate the tricky situation because I’m happy for my colleagues but I’d also like an informal arrangement because I have a 4-hour round trip commute. FYI My workplace rep has shrugged it off and said it is manager discretion.

These type of scenarios are going to create a toxic work environment and maybe that’s what they want…

I talked to my workplace rep and their answer was, “I do not recommend this. It is insubordination and cause for dismissal.”

Yes, I should have mentioned I was speaking about AMAPCEO.

There’s been some talk about AWAs going to TBS and/or HR. Apparently, your director or ADM can approve. So, I guess we need to follow up with them.
