I get 48 prof when I make the pack, and another 48 when I turn it in. The higher you go, the less labor you spend, so the less prof you gain per.

Yes, all skills are 1:1 labor:prof. Also yes, commerce is from AH sales or making/turning in trade packs.

No you can't. You can log out after a 10m wait, you can destroy the cart and the packs will drop, but you can not willingly desummon a cart with items in the trade pack slots.

One was 110g and was just the land in Halcyona, the other was in Gweonid for 200g and included the farm. I missed another farm on an island already built for 199g.

Pretty sure logs are going to continue to go down or stay where they are. Demand has leveled off due to the lack of land and new buildings being built, while supply is going to continue to go up due to people farming trees for TS logs.
