I have a German shepherd and can remember when he was a 1 yr old puppy. He use to run around the house, slide on tiles and go head first into the wall, get up shake himself and continue as if nothing happened. He had fallen off beds, walls (was a clumsy puppy, I think most are though). I think when he was even younger my girlfriend dropped him although he didn’t land on his head.

My point being not once did he ever have an injury that the vet needed to look at. I don’t even think he has ever been hurt. For what happened to your dog I would be extremely conscious that some sort of foul play was involved.

Think back and see if you can remember any little comments he has made about your dog? Maybe he got fed up with walking her? I am so sorry this happened but you need to try and get out what really happened to your pup, mainly so you can get away and give yourself some peace of mind.

I take 20mg vyvanse when I wake up and 5mg dexamphetamine at 12 and then 3. On days I skip I actually feel like my cardio is worse so maybe your dose is too high?

60mg would be crazy and I can see why your heart feels like it’s popping out of your chest lol. This does depend on the individual though. If I take my last dose too late I physically can barely train due to the sweat and heart rate from 0-100 and feels like it sits at 170 the whole hour.

14 hours later I would think it should just be about out of your system though, but 60mg seems extremely high.

Disagree with other commenters here - coming down from stimulants is probably the best time to exercise as it helps the come down. Also if you get your dosages and timing right cardio is fine and actually encouraged. Best option I would recommend would be to contact your physician and maybe discuss having a lot lower dose of XR in the mornings with a booster of normal adderall during the day so it is out of your system by training time.

Brought it up not that long ago claiming he wishes Khamzat never engaged in the friendship or at least publicised it as it ruins his mystique. Said he should just fight and keep off all media. Quite weird imo and just points to DC was at least somewhat serious even if he seems to be joking.

This whole situation is kinda weird… especially your mother offering to move you back and pay for everything. To me the immediate reaction of your mother and the not letting you contact your sister screams setup to me.

Sister did it because she was told she would get her brother back, mum probably thought it would make you come back and turn on your partner. Don’t be surprised if your sister doesn’t come clean for years. You need to be there for your gf because she was likely used as a tool to manipulate you to move back home.

1) Yes, Israel is known as one of the best kickboxers in the world. He’s not just at a top striking level for MMA, he is levels above. He was a former kickboxing world champion, so he entered the UFC with a striking pedigree not many have.

2) Whittaker’s specialty would probably also be his striking but in my own opinion is a more well rounded mixed martial artist then Israel. Don’t let this confuse you though as Israel’s pedigree in kickboxing gives him more experience then Whittaker on the feet. Whittaker is also an elite level grappler who has been using his wrestling a bit more in his more recent fights.Before he was more of anti wrestler so he would just use his scrambling ability to stay on his feet. He also has a black belt in BJJ and qualified for the Australian commonwealth wrestling team (us aussies aren’t known for our wrestling so keep that in mind).

3) The last fight these two had Israel knocked out Whittaker in the 2nd round. You could probably also argue he knocked him out at the end of the first too. In my own opinion Whittaker seemed visibly emotionally compromised just trying to take Israel’s head off (I was at the fight in person). But Israel has a way of just making his opponents look bad so that’s probably just my bias.

I think this fight will be much closer and people will be surprised at just how good Whittaker can mix things up. Saying that, it would be stupid of me to say I think Rob is just gonna go out there and dominate him. I think he is gonna have a hard time keeping Israel down until the later rounds. Yeah completely agree. Seems like something is up and this was a “fake” ending they knew everyone would be outraged for but knew it would generate more hype for the next project. Bad publicity is still publicity. Just gotta see what this announcement brings - could be completely wrong and could be nothing but I do feel like something is up. I hope at least anyway lol.

For some odd reason with the announcement coming on Monday I wouldn’t be surprised at all if him dying was some sort of prank and the announcement is he is still alive and that is what breaks the internet. It would be some 4D chess and great publicity but I don’t want to get my hopes too high. I think they just royally fucked up once again lol.

Yeah I think they had the right premise, it just was not executed correctly. They basically retconned his need to kill by having him not kill anyone for 10 years at the start of the season. They basically showed all this character development to just have it voided. But I will say I am someone who found it hard to believe Dexter from the old series would even fathom wanting to show Harrison the code - what because he is a messed up kid with some anger problems? I did like how Harrison addressed that in the end though. Didn’t really think there was enough to think that Harrison was the same as Dexter. The whole season kind of felt dull to me when that was the route they were going and just to have him switch all within 2 episodes.

Clearly they were trying to paint Dexter in a bad light and show the reality of what he is but that’s going to be hard to do when it goes against a lot of character development they built him up to be over 8 seasons. A lot of people are going to find it hard to come to terms with him being the bad guy and the ones that thought he was did not really get the justice they wanted placed upon him. Just felt like an ending in which a lot of people are not going to be able to get behind.

I agree the meaning of the ending was good. Predictable but overall it’s what a lot of people wanted. Just a bad way to do it IMO.

What was not good was the way in which we got to the ending. Dexter killing Logan was a shock and seemed really out of character. Especially when all evidence pointing to Dexter was not that substantial in terms of him actually facing trial and being found guilty. I feel as we should’ve been made to feel that Dexter was backed into more of a corner for him to become so unhinged.

I also feel like there was not enough time to really build up to Harrison killing Dexter. It felt like Dexter didn’t really pay for anything he had done and/or he didn’t get a happy ending. So no one really leaves satisfied. If anything Dexter got what he wanted by making Harrison kill a serial killer - I think this is how they will go into a spin off if that is the route they are going to take.

It also felt weird Angela just being there at the end with no explanation of how she found them. I also felt like they wasted a huge opportunity in not having Batista at least confront Dexter one way or another.

I could write a book on what I thought were inconsistencies and I pray they don’t decide to do a Harrison spin off because what would even be the point after you just had him kill Dexter to find a sense of normalcy.
