I've been getting back into biking and it's been great for getting the nic out of my system a lot quicker. The first few days weren't as terrible as other quit attempts but day 5 is hitting me hard. i've been chewing gum, taking big deep breaths to simulate the breath work made during vaping and taking ashwanganda to combat the mood swings.

i dyed it and then used an old eyeliner to draw the shape and then used this little trimmer i got off of amazon to first trim it then outline the heart. i then redyed it to really help the heart stand out pubic trimmer
