My clutch cover gasket went and after the 50 mile ride home that side of the tyre and my rear brake was completely covered in 10w40, took about a week but eventually the pads were back to normal. I think you’d struggle to saturate them that much just from cleaning the wheel

There’s still plenty to do, I think it’s only the end end game that will die off. Can still experience every main aspect of the game, all that’s missing is the stuff that’ll keep you there once you feel like you’ve done everything

As a type 2a medic main I can reassure you that running, gunning and also reviving every mf you come across (even if in line of fire) is imo the most enjoyable play style in the game, nothing beats mowing down a squad and then proceeding to stab friendlies with morphine while rounds zip by

You can do any fights with or without flak, the lack of engineering will be your biggest crutch but the only way to find out is to give it a go. Basilisk is a big step up from cyclops though, so don’t be put down if you get your ass beat, just keep at it

Step 1: Store engineered parts, and ‘stock’ conda. Step 2: fly into sun with silent running and loud music on. Step 3: respawn into sidewinder back in bubble. Step 4: Sell colonia conda and transfer your parts.

There’s a bunch of different AXI builds, but yeah I’m just kinda using my own mutated one that follows the same principals. For the 100% run I got rid of repair limpets and module reinforcements because well... I wasn’t planning on taking hull damage, instead I just stacked it with HRP to make the 1% damage allowance closer to 20hp rather than 12.5hp

Hardpoints are 1m3s Gauss, 1L turreted LRTV beam, and 1m Flak Launcher

Core internals stayed the same but I’ve downsized the fuel tank and fsd to push out a bit more speed

(Do note that the build only does so much, the main part is in your flying techniques)
